About the Internship
Publishing runs on coordination. Our Operations Intern keeps the moving parts in sync, from author timelines to vendor follow-ups, giving you a ground-level view of how a publishing business actually works day to day.
What You Will Do
Maintain and update project trackers across active titles and internal initiatives Follow up with authors, illustrators, and collaborators on outstanding tasks and deadlines Coordinate with vendors, printers, designers, distributors, and log communications Assist with scheduling, meeting notes, and action point follow-through Help build and refine internal processes, templates, and documentation Support the Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks across the business
