Role Overview

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-informed Marketing & Brand Manager to build QuillBees' presence across digital and physical channels. You will own our brand narrative, lead title campaigns, and grow the community of readers, authors, and educators who connect with what we do.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for new titles and QuillBees as a brand
  • Manage our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Write and oversee content — newsletters, blog posts, press releases, event copy
  • Build and manage relationships with book bloggers, reviewers, and literary influencers
  • Plan and execute book launches, virtual events, and school/library outreach campaigns
  • Track campaign performance and translate data into actionable improvements
  • Work closely with editorial to understand each title's audience and positioning

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years in marketing, with experience in publishing, media, or education preferred
  • Strong copywriting skills and a genuine love of books
  • Proficiency with social media analytics, email marketing tools, and basic SEO
  • Experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google
  • A creative eye and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar)
